Cancellation Policy for ADT’s 25th Anniversary and UGM on the 15th and 16th November 2023 at Red Bull Racing – MK7 Venue
We understand that circumstances may arise which could necessitate the cancellation mentioned above. In the unlikely event, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Refunds: In the event of cancellation, all purchases will be fully refunded. A processing fee of 3% will be deducted from all refunded amounts.
- Replacement delegates are welcome at any time with limited options by 4 pm, 10th November 2023. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us to discuss your options.
- Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to sales@adtechnology.com. To be eligible for a refund, requests must be received on or before November 10th, 2023. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
- Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to five (5) to ten (10) working days for us to process your refund request.
- Processing Fee: A processing fee of 3% will be deducted from all refunded amounts.
